Working Approach

FEDO is committed to working approaches which recognize and incorporate the rights and needs of Dalit women and that are based on international human rights standards.

The organization takes a needs based approach and is committed to building Dalit women's skills. Secondly, FEDO is also devoted to a rights-based approach which it implements through activities such as awareness campaigns and lobbying to ensure Dalit women's rights.
