Networks

FEDO is an active member of various human rights networks such as the International Dalit Solidarity Network (IDSN), the International Movement against All forms of Racial Discrimination (IMADR), Women Human Rights Defenders, and Dalit Nagarik Sarokar Munch (forum for Dalit Human and Civic Rights).

FEDO also played a leading role in women's organizations such as the Women's Alliance for Peace, Power, Democracy and Constituent Assembly (WAPPDCA), the Women Security Pressure Group, as well as Shanti Malika, an alliance of women's peace building NGOs working with UN agencies and pressure groups to implement the United Nations Resolution 1325. Additionally, FEDO is part of the Women's Network for Peace and Justice which was formed by the Academy Educational Development (AED).

The organization is involved in Dalits' rights organizations , such as the Dalit NGO Federation and the Asian Alliance of Dalit Women. FEDO has also formed a Kathmandu-based forum of Dalit and Dalit women called “Dalit Adhikar Manch”. The members of the forum are representatives of national level Dalit organizations, sister organizations of political parties and student unions. This group protested in front of the Prime Minister's office and submitted a memorandum to demand equal and proportional Dalit representation at all government levels.
